Abstract

This article analyzes the opportunities and existing challenges of using artificial intelligence technologies in the primary education system. In today’s digital learning environment, artificial intelligence is becoming an important tool for taking into account pupils’ individual characteristics, adapting teaching materials, developing independent learning skills, and facilitating teachers’ professional activities. At the same time, since primary school pupils are not yet fully prepared to evaluate information independently due to their age, the use of AI tools requires pedagogical supervision, information security, and compliance with ethical standards. The article discusses the prospects, practical advantages, and potential risks of introducing artificial intelligence into primary education.
