Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of forming writing skills during the literacy teaching period in connection with artificial intelligence. Writing skills include the pupil’s ability to correctly represent graphics symbols, accurately write letter elements, write words and sentences in accordance with spelling rules, and gradually develop coherent written speech. The article highlights the psychological, pedagogical, and didactic foundations of writing skills, the stages of literacy teaching, and the interrelationship between handwriting, spelling, and speech development. Artificial intelligence is analyzed as an auxiliary tool for identifying writing errors, creating individualized exercises, and monitoring the dynamics of pupils’ development.
