Abstract
This article analyzes the role and effectiveness of innovative pedagogical technologies in improving pupils’ written speech competence in primary education in connection with artificial intelligence. Written speech competence is the learner’s ability to express their thoughts in written form clearly, coherently, correctly, logically, and purposefully. At the primary education stage, the formation of this competence creates an important foundation for further learning activities, independent thinking, text creation, spelling literacy, and communicative development. The article examines interactive methods, project technology, clustering, brainstorming, electronic portfolio, digital dictation, creative writing exercises, and artificial intelligence-based individual recommendations as effective tools for developing written speech. Artificial intelligence can serve as an auxiliary tool in analyzing pupils’ written work, identifying errors, providing appropriate exercises, and presenting diagnostic information to the teacher. However, AI should not write texts instead of pupils; rather, it should guide and support the writing process.References
