Abstract
This article presents the results of experiments on modifying textile and leather materials with silicon-organic compounds to enhance their water resistance, dust resistance, and heat stability. The research involved measuring contact angles, water absorption times, dust absorption, water column pressure, and thermal decomposition temperatures. The results showed that silicon-organic coatings can significantly improve the hydrophobic and antistatic properties of materials, making them more suitable for various applications.
