Abstract

: Botulizm — og‘ir kechuvchi oziq-ovqat infeksiyasi bo‘lib, uni Clostridium botulinum bakteriyasi qo‘zg‘atadi. Bu mikroorganizmlar ishlab chiqargan botulotoksin inson asab tizimini falajlaydigan eng kuchli tabiiy zaharlardan biridir. Kasallik asosan uy sharoitida tayyorlangan konserva mahsulotlari, dudlangan baliq yoki kolbasa iste’moli orqali tarqaladi. O‘zbekiston va boshqa mamlakatlarda botulizm holatlarining qayd etilishi, aholi orasida gigiyenik savodxonlikning yetarli emasligi ushbu mavzuning dolzarbligini yanada oshiradi
