Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zaytun oʻsimligining (Olea europaea) kimyoviy tarkibi va uning dorivorlik xususiyatlari ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida zaytun mevalari va moyi tarkibida muhim biologik faol moddalardan olein kislotasi, polifenollar, E vitamini, fitosterollar mavjudligi aniqlangan.
