Abstract
This article discusses the pharmacological basis of urgent first aid for anaphylactic shock. Anaphylactic shock is a life-threatening, acute allergic reaction that requires immediate medical intervention. The paper analyzes the mechanism of action of key drugs used in emergency therapy, including Epinephrine (Adrenaline), glucocorticosteroids, and antihistamines. Special attention is given to the speed and sequence of pharmacological management to ensure patient survival.References
