Abstract

This article analyzes hypodynamics (insufficient physical activity) and its role in the development of metabolic syndrome among students. Prolonged sitting, excessive use of digital devices, and unhealthy eating habits have a negative impact on the health of young people. The article discusses risk factors, pathogenetic mechanisms, preventive measures, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
