Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ispan va o'zbek milliy taomlarining nomlari lingvokulturologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot predmeti — ikkala xalqning gastronomik madaniyatida shakllanib, til birliklarida mujassamlashgan milliy qadriyatlar, urf-odatlar va tarixiy xotiradir.
