Abstract
Mamlakat iqtisodiyotining barqaror rivojlanishi korxonalar faoliyatining samaradorligiga bog‘liq. Korxonalarning samaradorligi esa ko‘p jihatdan menejment tizimining sifati va qo‘llanilayotgan strategik yondashuvlarga bog‘liq. Ushbu maqolada strategik menejmentning korxonalar raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida strategik rejalashtirish, liderlik, resurslarni boshqarish va innovatsion faoliyatning biznes natijalariga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Natijalar strategik menejmentni samarali joriy etgan korxonalarning bozordagi mavqei mustahkamroq bo‘lishini ko‘rsatdi.References
